Returns
You can make any return (regardless of the reason) within de7 working days from the date of delivery of the order. (According to art. 44 of Law 7 / 1996, January 15 to the retail trade as amended by Law 47/2002 of 19 December.).

Steps for returning an item:
1. Write an e-mail to: cloc@clocwatches.com or call us, telling us that you wish to make a return.
2. We will send an e-mail with instructions you must follow to complete the return.
- All shipping costs depend on the number of products purchased, so by purchasing several products will result in a significant savings in shipping.
- For orders over 15 Euros, shipping will be free.
- The returned item must be in the same condition it was shipped. With their original packaging, including guarantees, labels.
- Unless repayment is due to an error on our part, or that the item be defective, there will be changes for other products.
- Shipping charges on returns, borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error or defect in the product ... In this case, shipping costs will be borne by Cloc Watches.
- There is a period of 7 days to return the product after you've received.
- If at the time of repayment there is no product that interests you, you keep the value of the product as a balance in your favor for an indefinite period, until you find a product of your choice.
